What's the point of a wellness retreat?
A wellness retreat is geared toward providing us with ways to cope with stress and find more long-term solutions to our barriers to success. Wellness Retreats Often include experiential activities, healthy foods, yoga and meditation, time in community AND in solitude
Can I go alone?
Absolutely! As a matter of fact, you may find that a solo trip dedicated to your wellness is exactly what you’ve been missing.
What will I gain from this retreat?
You will gain take-home tools for continued resilience, relaxation, and rejuvenation.
Do I have to be good at yoga or meditation to attend?
Not at all! All movement and mindfulness activities are guided, and I always make sure group activities are accommodating to everyone!
